The staff is very pleasant and exceptionally nice. The central location is close to the Airport and Airport Metro Station, with a lush garden and convenient access to both Central and Western lines. The spotless rooms are a great feature of the hotel.

Perfect room and comfortable decor.

This place was perfect for what we needed.

The hotel was brilliant and fairly clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was peaceful straight to the point local shops. The breakfast was incredible and exceptional, the check in was early. I liked staying here, nothing to complain about.

The rooms are nicely styled. The staff is amicable and gracious. The breakfast selection is wonderful. The hotel's location is favorable, close to restaurants and surrounded by greenery.

The location was perfect as it is close to the airport and we arrived late in the evening and continued early the next morning.

Everything perfect - from the shuttle service with the 5-series BMW to the comfortable beds, the friendly staff, the nice clean facilities...etc. couldn't be better

Nothing at all

In relation to the superb price paid, it was perfect place to stay with incredible service. The location was great and brilliant, right next to a metro station and the interior design was lovely. We truly enjoyed this hotel and would book again.

Cozy triple room with a super comfy bed, a personal safe, a mini-fridge, and a coffee/tea maker. They've got free parking on-site, so no need to stress about finding a spot for your car! 🚗

the hotel is unfortunately a bit outdated. a renovation of the rooms would be appropriate. especially the electrical,

Cleanliness, friendly staff

The location was superb, close to beautiful tropical gardens, a business park, and just a short drive to Powai, offering a clean and quiet room with an incredibly comfortable bed.

Our triple room came with with highest level of standards, good bed, for example. The breakfast was super and amazing, served in the club. Tbh, had a such great stay on vacation.

Good design and materials. Wifi very good. Pool beautifully located and sufficiently large. Staff courteous and professional. Good location to the airport.

Room with 25mx2 rather small, but sufficient.
